Marco de Witte
Marco de Witte (1959) became fascinated with the combination of theory and practice during his successful academic career. He began to take on more advisory jobs, starting his own advisory practice in 2003 and linked up to hgrv.
Marco can create clear and tangible images for managers by a transparent translation of scientific insights on strategy and transformation management from literature. He aids them in the development and implementation of transformation plans. His power lies in his enthusiasm and inspired leadership of managers and management teams.
Marco combines critical reflection with a supportive attitude. Thus he knows where breaking point lie, which barriers must be overcome and what results to achieve. He takes care of strategic conferences, workshops, management development programmes and lectures for his clients, many of whom operate on the directorship level.
He is currently a key university lecturer at the Faculty of Social Science at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, active in commercial (post)doctoral teaching. He works, or has worked for the Academy for Management, TSM Business School, TNT Post, Oosterhout Muncipality, North-Holland Province, Heijmans, Strukton, Hurks, Trajectum Novum Foundation, Van Nieuwpoort Group, Rijksgebouwendienst and Delta Energy.
